Currently, the frame rate limiter (under troubleshoot) can only be set up to 120 FPS. The refresh rate can be set up to 144 Hz, however. If using 144 Hz and you want to set the max frame rate just below the refresh rate, the closest you can get is 120 FPS. This should be increased to at least 144 FPS.

Setting MaximumFrameRate in UserPreferences.ini doesn't help either, as any value above 121 (game treats this as unlimited) gets set back to 121 on game launch.
