<Bug> 31 feat shield mastery specialty no bonus PRR

As title states, the 31 feat Shield Mastery Specialty is not applying the bonus PRR described in the tooltip.

• While wielding a shield, you gain +10% doublestrike and a +9 Combat Style bonus to Melee Power. You gain +10 Physical Resistance Rating while using a buckler or small shield. If you are using a large shield, this bonus increases to +15. If you are using a tower shield, this bonus increases to +20. This does not work in animal form. This does not count as a Combat Fighting Style feat.
• BUG: This feat does not currently grant the PRR bonus when a Shield is equipped. It does grant Doublestrike. Tested - 14/10/2022.

I have reported that bug on September 02, 2022. It grants no prr bonus to buckler, but 5 prr to small shields (instead of 10), 10 to large (instead of 15) and 15 to tower (instead of 20).

Yap, I saw the same bug on my first progress to legendary lvls.

Devs, please take look at this! 15 PRR for board players it's a big thing.

ETR to try the "Shield Mastery Specialty" again, but it still does not give the +10 PRR while using a buckler.

The patch that this fix is in has not gone live yet. When it goes live, you'll see the line "Shield Mastery Specialty now grants its listed PRR" in the release notes.
