As the title states; what counts as a breath attack. I am looking to make a dragonborn in draconic incarnation, I know those two have a breath attack, but what else in the game is considered a breath attack for the purposes of my enhancements that boost breath attacks, and items like scarlet scale cloak (it's unfortunately not too clear what is considered a breath attack since they don't generally have good labeling like a little note saying Breath attack: or this is a breath attack that deals damage in a cone etc.). I think alchemist spells poison breath and gold breath count? What about Winter wolf's spell cold breath? Is there anything in sorc spells that count as a breath attack since they are the class that generally would fit best for dragonborn and DI? Anything helps, thank you.
