Cannith Forging station - is it broken ? it gives me incorrect additions to items.

Today i went to the sharn's dock to upgrade my Legendary Celestial Topaz ring
trying to add: quality wisdom
but instead, when i place it into the station, it appears a misterious add +1 enhancement bonus to wisdom



is everything all right ?

latest updates changed something i should know ?

The value given on an item is correct despite what the tooltip says. As the for stacking type, unless I'm mistaken that particular ring can only have an Enhancement bonus (at +13) slotted.

The tooltip is correct. It is just that the tooltip does not know the level of the item. The ability will scale to the level of the item you put the upgrade on, it is the the same upgrade if you put it on a lvl 15 item or a lvl 29 item.

+3 Quality bonus cannot be added, only +13 Enhancement.

I'm with the OP on this one, a tooltip indicating a +1 would put my nerves on edge as well.

For +3 quality wisdom you need one of these:
Legendary Black Satin Waist
The Cornerstone Champion
Legendary Concentrated Chaos
Legendary Solid Sound
Legendary Sunken Slippers
