Divine Crusader - Purge The Wicked - Working As Intended?

I submitted a bug report about this to QA but the problem with that is they don't appear to let you know if something is actually bugged or not, so I am hoping I could get an answer to that question here:

For the epic destiny, Divine Cruader, Purge the Wicked has this description (from the Wiki):

Purge the Wicked: +1/2/3 Critical Hit damage and +1/2/3 to your Critical Hit confirmation, doubles if you have the Power Critical feat.

However, I have noticed on a character that has Power Critical, if I put a point into it and then click accept, the value increment on my character sheet only goes up by 1 per point, not 2. The specific section of the CS I am referring to is the general combat section under the + menu.

Does anyone know if the correct bonus is actually applied and the character sheet is not reflecting it correctly, or is it only adding 1 to critical hit confirmation and damage per rank?

have you place 3 points it in ? possibly needs 3 points before it doubles. 1st 2 are single points then a 3rd doubles it down
