Extra Life, Team Standing Stone Games, and You!

Once again Standing Stone Games, players from throughout the DDO community, and associated friends and family are raising money for Extra Life! Our fundraising through Team Standing Stone Games will help the local Boston Children's Hospital, which provides life-saving treatment and care to children from all over the world.

We hope to raise $20,000 for the Boston Children's Hospital this year, and we're combining forces to hit that goal! Team Standing Stone Games includes both Dungeons & Dragons Online and The Lord of the Rings Online players, developers, and friends. Last year we were the top fundraiser for the Boston Children's Hospital, and we'd love to do that again!

Why Extra Life?

Extra Life is a charitable organization that unites thousands of gamers around the world to play games in support of their local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital. Since its inception in 2008, Extra Life has raised more than $70 million for sick and injured kids.

How can I help?

Donate or join our team and raise funds yourself! Throughout the next month the Standing Stone Games Extra Life Team will be fundraising together, and we have some fun activities and giveaways planned to support the cause.

What should I do after I donate?

It is important that I receive additional information from you in order to be able to get you your incentives. I have set up a survey in SurveyMonkey this year to capture this information and more easily distribute your incentives to you.

ONCE YOU DONATE, PLEASE FILL OUT THE FOLLOWING SURVEY HERE IF YOU WISH TO RECEIVE INCENTIVES!

If you donate at least $10, you will be entered into the various giveaways that will take place after November 30th. If you donate to the team, me, or another Team member, it counts!

Group incentives:

$5000 – A 500 DDO Point code and a pick from the Community Loot List will be randomly distributed to ten people who donate at least $10 to the fundraising effort through a random-number-generated drawing. All group incentive giveaways will take place after November 30th.
$10000 - Ten more 500 DDO Point and ten more picks from the Community Loot List will be randomly distributed to folks who donate at least $10+.
$15000 - Ten more 500 DDO Point codes and ten Pork Barrel stacks will be randomly distributed to ten people who donate at least $10+.
$20000 - We have met our goal! We will give away one Ultimate Fan Edition of Isle of Dread expansion to someone who donated at least $10!

Individual incentives:

$5 - Forum Title of your choice, within the community guidelines. PM me with your desired choice. If you already have a custom title, I can add another!
$10 - One pick from the Community Loot List, and an entry into every giveaway.
$20 - Two picks from the Community Loot List.
$30 - Two additional picks from the Community Loot List
$50 - Four additional picks from the Community Loot List

All incentives are cumulative, so if you donate $50, you also get the benefits of the lower tiers. That means a $50 donation will receive nine total picks from the Community Loot List. If you have a specific request based on the level of your donation, just PM me and we'll sort it out. I will be taking donations through November 30th. All giveaways will take place on November 30th. All incentives will be distributed after November 30th.

I like ddo and I agree to help child in this moment is important.
I have a Idea, since I come form Taiwan, I can't buy any DLC( daybreak say they don’t sell item to Taiwanese without steam,but ddo has no steam selling now. the error says “ We're sorry, no payment methods are available for your Country and/or Currency. Please contact us at help.standingstonegames.com for more information on supported currencies.”
Could I donate maybe 140 dollars for get a DLC activation (code or activive to account)
Or some of my new accout can donate to get some ultimate fun bundle which isn’t selling now.( Yes, I just mean U37, ravenloft)

We'll be continuing to raise funds through November, and I'll be scheduling some time on Twitch as well to do an extended livestream. There are about a half dozen of you that I will need to do a bit more work to figure out how to contact, so I'll be in touch. Well, I am amazed to say that as of the time of this writing, Team Standing Stone Games has raised more than $31,000 in this year's Extra Life! Amazing, and it's because of all of you.

At this point I have messaged everyone that I could, and have sent almost everyone their items in-game. If you haven't received your incentives yet, private message me here on the forums and I will be happy to look into it. There are about a half dozen of you that I need to hear back from, maybe a spelling error, or I don't have your server, that kind of thing. There were a few of you who I didn't get contact info from, but who did provide me with a character and server, so I've sent you out your stuff. There are just a few left I'll be working to identify, so please do let me know if you donated and haven't heard back from me.
