Is whirling blades still broken?

Been debating on trying a thrower again and wondered if whirling blades (Vistanti T5) was stilleither way.

Wiki says broken and only forum post on Google had no resolution to it posted.
Couldn't find anything confirming eitherway.

Anyone know ?

There is a little sidenote in update 56 patch 2, that claims, that whirling blades now producing the doubleshot.

Its on the patchnotes in ddowiki
Would apreciate a confirmation here, that its working, when u test it.

Got a chance to test earlier than i thought, can confirm it adds 100% doubleshot if you hit the target with the attack
