    Default Unable to Transfer Characters from Hardcore to Sarlona

    I am unable to transfer characters from Hardcore to Sarlona.

    All members of my 2 static groups that tried are having the same issue.

    I've been able to transfer characters to every other server the past few days except Sarlona. The issue with transfers to Orien was resolved for me with the last update.

    Same here. Bundled up all my stuff on Hardcore and went to transfer the last five characters to Sarlona, and none of them transferred.

    yes, still have same issue today (Friday) error to transfer to Sarlona from Hardcore

    Yes, unfortunately it has proven difficult to correct this issue, but we are continuing to investigate.

    this does not seem to be limited to the hardcore server.. I transferred from a live server, to a live server and half my banked items vanished... sadly no one has responded to my ticket I opened over a week ago..

    what is the sla for vip's? considering my last ticket went 13 weeks without answer..

    you can now transfer from HC?

    As of a few minutes ago (11PM EST) transfers still failed to go from Hardcore to Sarlona. Got the same dreaded Transfer failed message in my inbox....grrrr

    After the servers came back up I was able to transfer from Hardcore to Sarlona. Thank you Cordovan and SSG.
