Hardcore Server Not showing any characters

Can't do a transfer because the HC server isn't showing my character. Actually it's my daughters, but same deal. I transferred all mine last week and had no problems. Any ideas?

Are you using the computer your daughter used to play?
Are the characters present if you just try to login to play?

Yes, she was the HC guild leader. Do I need to have her quit the guild or something?

Yes, same computer, and character is still able to be played.

Yes, guild leaders are prohibited from transfering. She will have to nominate a successor then resign before she can transfer.

It prevents a guild from being orphaned if a leader transfers \deletes without assigning a successor.

IN all the information SSG gives us about character transfer they say that guild leaders can not transfer off a server until they have stepped down as guild leader. You should perhaps read the character transfer FAQ first?

Obviously, don't use a "good" character - just throw together a sacrificial L1 drone with random skills and use them. (I like Barbs w/ Dragonmark of Passage, cuz they run fast from Korthos.)
