Cannith Melting Station crafting bank issue

Is the crafting storage broken ? I was trying to upgrade a nearly finished ring today and the melting station can not see any of my ingredients in my bank ... yes the bags on my character are empty.

have you been logging in and out of other characters ?
try quitting the game and restarting the game loading that character and then progress the lfm who tab than access the crafting station again.
