Negative Amplification doesn't affect Negative Spellpower; it only affects how much undead characters heal themselves.

Think of it this way: Nullification is the equivalent of Devotion, Negative Amplification is the equivalent of Healing Amplification.

Negative amp is the undead version of heal amp. Open your character sheet and hover over you HP and you'll see your various heal amps (positive, negative, and repair).

The negative amp is a different stat from negative spell power (though both increase your healing from negative energy. The negative spellpower is the strength of the negative spells you cast, the negative amp is a multiplier on what you heal from negative energy regardless of source)

So they do "stack", just not in the way you're thinking.

Those are different things. One is negative spell power (which can damage monsters with negative energy, but heals undead unless with DDO Palemaster T4: Unholy Avatar)

The other is negative healing amplification, which is self only; i.e. heals the Palemaster.
The negative spell power, however, also affects Negative Energy Burst and Death Aura; and on epic Gloomspear and Moon's Shadow.
