random questions

Hey guys,

hoping some of my monk friends can help answer a few questions I have.

1. How does the BAB max change to 25 effect handwrap monks. I personally have only seen 25 on the character sheet, so I don't know if there is any effect.
2. I was side by side with a sacred fist today. It looks like their animation is faster. But its kinda hard to tell. Does anybody know if this is the case? Cause that would be odd.
