Unable to claim season 1 reaper clock on any server as of today

I tried to claim my season 1 reaper cloak on wayfinder, but the npc said I didn't earn it.

I checked hardcore and got the same result. I checked on a character I rolled up earlier in the season and was able claim the season 1 cloak earlier in the season on hardcore.

I am not sure when the problem started, but it was some time after the start of season 6 and today.

I still have my season 1 character, have cloaks on several characters, but would like to be able to claim the cloak again. Where are the season 1 leader boards displayed? I want to check if my character is still on the reaper list and perhaps that is the issue.

Is anyone else having this problem, what is the best way to get it fixed?

Partial retraction.

It told me I didn't earn it, but actually gave me the cloak I just didn't see it because I had too much stuff in my inventory. No action needed.

Now that I recall, it puts it in new character inventory automatically.
