25% is only 1st time. If you ever did that quest, you won't get 1st time bonus.

I did ADQ and had +25%.

You ran it in heroics, so you ran it already. Go enter a quest that you haven't done yet and check the scorecard.

Sorry, this is completely normal. If you ran it on Heroic, then the epic run only gets 10%. Not new at all. Not a bug.

As if not getting a bonus for a quest in a completely different life-cycle of your game (Epic vs Heroic) from TWO DIFFERENT items bought WITH MONEY specifically TO DO SO is reasonable because it is "by design".

At least say that it is a bug... we would more easily accept it not being fixed ever.
