Yeah that will make up for the screw up that lost me the sword of shadows I spent years farming to earn and finally have drop only to have it lost to rollback. I really feel motivated to spend money again and renew my vip that expires next month. I'm sure no one is upset about the rushed out pile of garbage this last update that was full of bugs reported to you before you pushed it out yet did nothing to fix beforehand. Yall couldn't even pump the exp to 100% and give us a full week of it.

I cannot play in weekends, because I have a family. So, I lost time, items, Augments, XP, DDO points and got this weekend buff. Okay, I hope somebody can use it but I feel like a slap in the face right now.

I cannot play in weekends, because I have a family. So, I lost time, items, Augments, XP, DDO points and got this weekend buff. Okay, I hope somebody can use it but I feel like a slap in the face right now.

I also lost the money i used to buy points and the points and items (exp and slayer pots.) So the extra slap on the face after losing the sword of shadows when I realized I lost my DDO points too.

You might want to go ahead and leave those bonuses on a little longer. You guys aren't exactly flying high in the customer service department right now.

Looks like they screwed up the XP bonus. Tome of learning now giving 10% for first time completion. Maybe that was supposed to be the VIP xp?

Now if only your customer service would fix my character so I could play the game.. I opened a ticket on Sunday afternoon about it and instead of fixing the issue they sent my ticket to QA so I opened a second ticket on tuesday early afternoon, and the ticket hasnt been addressed so my character is still unplayable.

you guys seriously need to test reincarnations when you make changes to the game so you dont screw your players over.. and have customer service that prioritizes fixing characters broken from bugs

The VIP bonus will help, but not the heroic or epic xp bonuses.

As a Hardcore player, I would have loved if this applied to Hardcore, since the extra bonuses are I assume because of the extended downtime and rollback.
