Giving Away A Named Item

Hello everyone.

If we were allowed to start giving away our named items, it would help the game a great deal. Management, please take my named items and get rid of the bound to account tag. Helping out new players with a set seems like a good idea. Some sets are only two items, others are five items. The joy of giving is a great joy, and we would appreciate this joy.

Indeed tradable items would be great for the game

Unfortunately the design philosophy is closer to ~bound items force players into content purchase = profit

giving new players everything they want with no effort is not a recipe in keeping people around. The only thing you can do in DDO is play content to try to achieve things, removing that achievement does not make the experience better.

it's like playing a dark souls game with no enemies in it...what's the point?

You can give away items in your group as you loot them.

This is one of the primary advantages of guilds is that it is easy to gear up members by running groups and raids and steering the equipment where it will be best used.
