I have had a long history with DDO. Not a founder, but I bought a verrrrry expensive laptop to play it (as I didn't know where I would be from week to week as a traveling trainer for the navy).
I learned how to build gaming rig PC's, went through a warehouse of gaming mice, repaired peripherals without a clue, kept a ready stock of keyboards, graphics cards and headphones to switch out.
I have played 80hours a week while still holding that job and sleeping very little due to the navy culture...

So, as an addict, to the calming, outraging, outlet that gave me a reason for raging mood swings that I acquired from my time in service...

I want to know how normal, rational people get by without the emotional release afforded by playing the game.

Anyone got any ideas how I should spend my 10pm-6am insomniac hours?

Please help?

I mean, I can only read soooo many books on my kindle before I lose all sense of reality and rational social intercourse.
