I was looking for my eternal wand cure minor wounds, archivist necklace (free SP) when i HTR'd, could not find either anywhere on any alts. Then the latest patch/joke came, and there it was right in my shared account? It did not show before the last update but after? Maybe there is still something wrong with the original update? Seemed very weird to me.

BTW I was looking since level 1 thru 4 and never saw either. Also I HTR'd before the last patch Thursday.

That sounds like what they were working on during the extended outage, fixing items going missing.
