Ghallanda has been rolled back. Lost a whole bunch of quest completions including all of Necro 3.... I could weep. The rats, I can't do the rats again.

Blah blah blah game is old etc. but the scale and repetition of poor testing / release is beyond annoying. Sigh, it's just a game but I'm not getting that time back

Hardcore was indeed rolled back.

I lost the rxp for the 4 quests I ran yesterday before the server was shut down.

Yup, this... I'm back to lvl 5 on the Hardcore server... i finished all the 3s and took lvl 6, but now find myself back in the Saltmarsh tavern with 6 of them still to do???

Is this their ****ing solution?

As of 11:40 am Central Time, all the other worlds show green, but Argonessen and Thelanis are still red. Guess I will have to wait to play until after work tonight. Not a happy camper atm but I understand how big a "Boss Fight" wrangling this client software can be. I am frankly amazed some days that any of it works at all. Like herding white cats during an ice storm. (Notice how I avoided using the B word.)

Cannith definitely had a small rollback. Sometime Thursday morning (central us time). Post patch rollback maybe for the hour or so before they shut it down.

Yea, I was running Sharn up till about 5 min before rollback, but lost it. So I will have to do it again . . . later . . . hopefully after they find a dusty old tome in their library titled "Pre-Patch Testing Procedures".

UPDATE: We are working to reopen the game worlds later this morning, and we will have more information as soon as we can.

We have brought down the game worlds while we investigate an issue with items going missing from Reincarnation Caches. We will have more information as soon as we can.

My guess that the time to fix the issues may have taken several days so the best solution was to rollback to just before the update so we could have access to the game. Thanks for reopening the game to most. Now if only Thelanis would open so I could play. Let's not forget that Argonnessen is still down too.

I can see they are up now, but what, if any, has been done? Has there been a rollback or something ells? Can we trust you don't need to "crashstop" the servers again?
