How i know if the quest i am about to begin is a 'first time bonus' or not ?

How i know if the quest i am about to begin is a 'first time bonus' or not ?

You can check your favor in the adventure compendium to see if you have run the quest at the chosen difficulty. Unfortunately since Reaper counts as Elite it won't help determine which of those are "first time". The only accurate way to know seems to be to enter the quest and check the experience panel.

I personally use my memory to know what ive done and need to do.
