I earned a Treasure Hunter's Spyglass (both the level 12 version and the level 16 version) and it is not giving the True Seeing Buff. I checked the combat log, and it shows the other effects being granted but not the True Seeing. As a Wizard 18, I can cast the spell and see it take effect.

    Code:
(Effects): You have multiple effects granting an Enhancement bonus to Intelligence that do not stack. ( Phasecloak and Treasure Hunter's Spyglass )
(Effects): --- Enhancement modifier to Intelligence: +8
(Effects): You benefit from your Treasure Hunter's Spyglass.
(Effects): --- Exceptional modifier to Disable Device Skill: +8
(Effects): You benefit from your Treasure Hunter's Spyglass.
(Effects): --- Exceptional modifier to Repair Skill: +8
(Effects): You benefit from your Treasure Hunter's Spyglass.
(Effects): --- Exceptional modifier to Search Skill: +8
(Effects): You benefit from your Treasure Hunter's Spyglass.
(Effects): --- Exceptional modifier to Spellcraft Skill: +8
(Effects): You benefit from your Treasure Hunter's Spyglass.
(Effects): --- Exceptional modifier to Heal Skill: +8
(Effects): You benefit from your Treasure Hunter's Spyglass.
(Effects): --- Exceptional modifier to Listen Skill: +8
(Effects): You benefit from your Treasure Hunter's Spyglass.
(Effects): --- Exceptional modifier to Spot Skill: +8
Then I cast the Spell True Seeing:
    Code:
(Combat): You are affected by your true seeing.
(Combat): You are able to see creatures hidden by invisibility, and those disguised by blur or displacement spells. This effect also automatically reveals hidden doors as if you had a skill of 30 in Spot and Search
If I am missing something, please let me know. Just want the effects to work correctly.

    Thank you!

I see new loot: Darkwood Shield. It is level 4 and I don't see any path to upgrade that to lvl 32 like other loots? A bug or something? Seems that all new loot have no upgrades..

There's none. It's supposed to be mostly cosmetic thing

That's not a Crystal Cove item... It's simply a base shield type: Darkwoon/Densewood/Spiritcraft/Celestial (for all but tower shields) and Battle/Magecraft/Mountain/Planeforged (for Tower shields) with different min lvs (4/10/16/22) that have increased stats based on the tier. It was put in a long time ago when ordinary (base) equipment had NO chance of keeping up with the power creep of newer items; and also, I think, to give a tiny boost to those who use Cannith Crafting.

    Wiki link here: Shields.

Dennis the Peasant: Listen. Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony.

The True Sight portion works fine. It's just that for some reason, True Sight that stems from items doesn't show up in the combat log.
