I propose an change that allows for some set bonuses if you are a crafter. It takes some time to level it up and find the right items to craft (usually dual-slotted items, either yellow/blue (or green) and colorless/yellow/blue, as it's basically been accepted that we will never be able to create augment slots on non-named items regardless of our crafting lv.). It also takes a good deal of planning; since many things only go on one or two items and it's hard to get all you want into a crafted gearset. Also, the existing named items often have effects that you cannot craft on the same item type so it messes up your crafting gearset.

Maybe give those of us who are dedicated crafters a BOON (as it is now, some augments give better bonuses than crafted Eq at the same lv.).

I'm not talking about a 2 or 3 piece set, more like a 5-7/7-9/9-11 piece set of crafted items gives you a set bonus. All would be gated by lv (ie. +5 at lv 10/ +7/8 at lv 15/ +10 at lv 20/ +20/25/30 at lv 30+)


Ex. - At lv 10 - 15; + 5 to RP or MP or SP (selectable), +5% fort bypass, +5% helpless damage, +3-5% spell crit chance. Lesser for sets of 5-7, avg for sets of 7-9, more for sets of 9-11.

Include 1 set bonus for 5-7 piece sets, 2 for 7-9 piece sets, 3 for 9-11 piece sets.

Adjust bonuses accordingly for higher lv sets.

I think this would be a HUGE boon to crafters Server-Wide.

NOT EVERYONE wants to, nor has the time to, run raids over and over to get they gear they want. Those who actually spend their time RP'ing their character (ie. He (she)'s a crafter who spends their time gathering collectables in order to make good items for themselves or their friends, should be rewarded.), should be rewarded (this is, after all, a supposed MMORPG.).
