Divine Healing from Radiant Servant Tree

Paladin and Cleric has access to this enhancement at Lvl 2 Radiant Servant. However, when taken as a Paladin, i have no charges.
Ddowiki doesn't show what powers this enhancement and I can't seem to figure it out.

Does this work off of turning? Charisma? Kobold ears?

Any insight would be insightful.

They work off of turning, yeah, and it is CHA based, the more CHA you have, the more turns. Are you doing a STR build or something?

Also, looking at the Wiki, it says that Cleric gets Turn Undead at level 1, but Paladin does not get it until level 4.

Prerequisite: Level 1: Cleric, Level 4: Paladin

Now for Sacred Fist getting this tree that is turn based, perhaps it should also get turn undead at level 1 as well. As of right now, you will have to wait on that. But really, I wouldn't be too interested in Radiant Servant until 6 levels of Sacred Fist, which is where you can pickup a Cure Moderate SLA for cheap healing, and it can accept metamagics for no additional spell point cost.
