Vistani Knife Fighter Tier 5 attack "Whirling Blades" when activated gives a buff that says +100 DoubleShot.

But the +100 Double shot is definitely NOT working. I tested on the training dummy, and even with the buff, I am not getting 2 thrown daggers on every shot.

Would be great if this can be fixed. Thanks! :-)
