Tabaxi smaller now?

Was playing Tabaxi, did a few other lives recently, now back to Tabaxi. Seems noticeably smaller now. Probably in release notes somewhere but not sure when this occurred. Anyone confirm Tabaxi is smaller now, supposed to be smaller?

Seems someone is goofing around with mount sizes for the various races as well.
Well, at least from time to time I see what seems an oversized char dragging their feet on the ground on a to little pony.

I saw something similar a few nights ago after logging in to my Trailblazer on HCL. The character model looked odd as if the y-dimension of the model was scrunched a little. Alt-tabbing back and forth a few times brought back the correct dimensions.

Are you comparing 1st lifers (like on HC) to 2nd/3rd+ lifers for their height?

Comparing my Tabaxi 3+ lifer from a month or so ago with my new version, same toon still a 3+ on normal server. Good troubleshooting question though
