I've tried to transfer a character from another Live server over to Argonnessen and have also tried to transfer a character from Hardcore to Argo and I am met with the same error code each time.
Error code: #D107846
Others have also tried to transfer and seemingly only having issues with Argonnessen as some have confirmed transfers to other servers.
I also tested and transferred a character from Hardcore to Wayfinder and it went through successfully.
I have opened a ticket and submitted a bug.
Hopefully this gets seen soon and fixed ASAP.

Also just for arguments sake,
The characters I am trying to transfer are NOT in a guild or a Guild Leader of any guild. They have not reincarnated recently or at all (first life toons). They have no items waiting in the mail or auction house.

Someone has to be the guinea pig! I'm glad too because that's a bug that could go unnoticed until the end of Hardcore atleast.

Must be a pretty recent bug I transferred a hardcore character to Argo a few days ago. (I don't recall exactly which day)
