Fully downloaded game from steam. Clicked play them this happens:

Any workarounds?
Things I've tried:
-Launcher repair button
-Reinstall
-Change folder
-Disable firewall and antivirus
-Compatibility mode
Bug already reported to SSG, waiting on answer. However, it seems to be an old problem.

The ghost of past patches is back. The PatchClientDLL issue has returned.
