It seems, at least for me, that loot is broken since u56 on all my characters. The drop rate is horrible on named. I would say less than 10% on reaper for a named item.

Ram tar pits looking for boots. In 32 chests, I saw 0 augments and 1 named item. I obviously re-rolled those 8 chests. And this is pretty close to other chest outside of this quest and pack. Before u56, I would have seen at least a named item every 6 chests and an augment within the lot.
Also even random loot is borked. See every 4th chest or so that just has 1 random item and gold. Nothing else.
