I don't know if it will help anyone else, but a full uninstall, delete all data from my computer, and reinstall seems to have fixed my DC issues.

I stopped at the full uninstall step works great. This company is never going to do anything if people continue to pay for this garbage.

I been having issues lately of moving stuff from like bank to inventory.. when moving stuff. it says inventory is busy... even when i try to sell a bunch of items.. i put them all up in the window hit sell.. then go to the ship, or to another quest, then the items start to go away , like I just sold them.. so weird..
