Another request….

Remove saves for no damage on Niac’s Cold Ray. Tested it on HCL as a first life with max CHA and literally everything saved on R1 for no damage. Even non-evasive monsters. It’s a useless spell unless you have sorc lives.

I would prefer if they didn't do this. I don't like playing Tiefling Scoundrel because of the annoying fiddle for every spell thing. If they do something like this, put an option in settings to disable it.
