No. Initially, expansion content is cash only; after ~6 months the stuff is made available in the DDO Store.

This is a relatively recent change, btw. MotU and Shadowfell didn't go on the DDO store for points until the pandemic, when they added them for 99 points each as a gift. They then re-added them for a regular price later on.

Both of those x-packs were available initially for points after the regular 6 months (I bought both with store points when they were 1st available). For some reason though they were both removed from the DDO store later and as far as I'm aware there was never an explantion given as to why. They were gone from the store for a very long time though so it's not too surprising that not everyone can remember that they were available for points for quite a while (or if you started after they were removed it would seem as if they were a DDO market only thing).
