A) Reincarnation is currently disabled due to a bug. No one in, and, apparently, no one out.

B) EVERY guide to Reincarnation emphasizes (among others) 2 things: 1) Do NOT reincarnate right after a major update; too many incidents of bugs/problems following in the wake, way too risky. And 2) whenever you do a reincarnation, do NOT stop half-way through! Get in, get it done, get out. There are too many problems that can occur if you are mid-reincarnation overnight, and if you are half-done during an update... oy.
