Doing a Reincarnation. I am 10 Alchemist and then do 10 Stormsinger Bard levels do I get an Alchemist past life (which i don't need) or a Stormsinger past life?

It SHOULD give a bard life, but it could easily be that they added stormsinger to the end of the class list and Alchemist will take priority. If you show Bard on your class symbol in the party window, you will reincarnate as a bard. Unfortunately Llama is not up to easily test this.

TL;DR: Make a quick 1/1 Alchemist/Stormsinger, and see which icon appears in a party (or when you look yourself up on the "Who" tab of the Social screen [o]).

Note that it's often necessary to log out and back in to get the icon to update after leveling.

So I went ten and ten and it turned out perfect. It took to bard... it said bard stormsinger in the reincarnation window and I got the bonus of +5 electric and sound in the feat section of the reincarnated character. (It has a different icon for stormsinger). I have a couple of pics but cannot figure out how to upload them.

It says on the wiki that for ties between 2 classes the default goes to which class was entered into first. So if your first level was Alchemist then you will HTR as that. I am unsure with the new Archetypes how they will work until someone does it and posts their experience.

It was actually the last ten levels of Bard Spellsinger that ruled. My experience was posted above.

that isn't what the wiki says. the dominant class there is defined as the original 9 classes in alphabetical order, followed by classes as they were added. higher up the list takes precedence for ties.
