Don't know if this is new or not, but I just TR'd on Argonessen and the cooldown for the Shocking Grasp spell-like ability in the Air Savant enhancement tree isn't working properly. It claims to reduce the cooldown from 12 seconds to 8 seconds with 2 points invested and from 8 seconds to 4 seconds with three points invested. I have three points invested and I still get an 8 second cooldown. Tried relogging to no avail.

Sometimes you have to re-grab the SLA from your character sheet and put it on your hot bar again for the new points to "take."
I don't have any relevant chars, so I can't check.

My hardcore character lost the "one life to live" debuff, but I haven't pushed my luck to see what happens if I actually die. Other characters have two debuffs, and in general I see many duplicated buffs in my buff bar including multiple guild buff stacks with different timers.

Rolled up a vet II toon. First class is cleric - dark apostate. Went to ship chose next level wizard. Required to choose 1st level wiz spells but there are no spells from which to choose. Able to click past this. But any level that I chose as a wiz no spells to pick.

Couldn't repro this (at least in the pending patch build....)
