Why is ToEE gear going to ML 8?

Why is the quest level not changing but the Minimum Level of all the items changing to 8? It should stay 7 and fill in the gaps of the Dread Island gear. Specifically, you now have no repeating crossbow in either the Temple nor in Dread Island expansion. Thanks for that.

Parity with other items eg. slave lords is the main thing I can think of, though in practice existing ones tend to be ML8 for me regardless due to slotted augments, so that could have a bearing too?

The quest level is changing to 8. No existing items are changing Minimum Levels, but the new items here are all Min Level 8 in Heroic.

Oh man... the Quest level IS changing? gah....... At least that explains the ML change on the items. Guess it's time to farm the bejesus out of the existing quest. Also, please consider this a pitch for some auto crossbows at level 7 since there will be none anymore.
