Cosmetic Suggestion: Poses

I will literally spend 5,000 or maybe even more DDO points on a unique pose that can be set for my haracter whenever he's not attacking.

This should fall under the category of "idle animations" ...which DDO does not have(and probably should).

I always wondered why DDO doesn't sell cosmetic animations in the store. A lot of other games monetize that. It's fun and zero power creep. DDO could sell additional poses/emotes, extra race dances, etc. in the store. Maybe special combat animations if they're the same speed as default ones so that there's no power creep. Seems like a lot of monetization potential. Maybe they feel t's not worth the time required for the dev work?

I might be interested if it was a block animation especially. Or something I could active active like that. Casting , attacking, even at rest. But I don’t want to have to /emote anything.

emotes,dances & moods should have their own icons that can be dragged onto their own special little toolbar to use ( as well as /text triggers), and they should release packs of various animations and even have some as end rewards/loots. Still have race specific stuff, but there should be much more life and character in the social side

I have expressed an interest for years in purchasing suites of premium animations, for instance I would like to have ALL the racial dance animations on my bards and more than that I would like to be able to hot key animations and string the dance moves together.

I would like to /sing (loop of music notes while character moves arms back and forth from chest), /perform (similar but loop of playing instrument), blow bubbles, cast a fishing line, sit on a chair, juggle, hand stand, cartwheel, shiver (like its cold), faint, look for flumph /lff, drink (with mug that just shows up and loops), read (already in-game but it needs to loop), facepalm, fist bump, popcorn (loop of eating popcorn), toss confetti or sparkler (this would be a nice thing to do on demand to get my kids attention when I'm waiting for them at a quest giver), trap ahead (maybe a red trap finding symbol floating overhead and pointing gesture), /ppdance for those afk bio breaks, hang head in shame (for those times you bust the trap box), point and laugh or slap knee and laugh (for those times your partner busts the trap box), yoga or looping meditation pose, rolling dice (shaking hand and little dice tumble to the ground), bestow flowers (character kneels and offers a bouquet)

This would make another good question for Miss Tolero. How come Middle Earth regularly gets new emotes and DDO does not?
