Reinforced Fists

Hey. Question from a returning player about reinforced fists. This is a new gear based enhancement for someone like me. Do reinforced fists, greater reinforced fists, and superior reinforced fists stack? I looked in DDO wiki, but couldn’t find anything. Relatedly, since reinforced fists increase W, what is considered a good “W” value for a monk? Mine sits at 13, but I don’t know if that is low, high, or neutral. Thanks.

My 30th level (20 Monk/10 Epic) Monk has 11.75 W. I doubt that's the highest possible.

EDIT: My 30 (20 Wiz/10 Epic) Razorclaw Shifter Wizard/Eldritch Knight has 7.75 W (does not include Spellsword dice) with his handwraps. That's pretty good for a non-Monk, I think.
