If you complete TOEE in hardcore league and then u56 hits, will you retain that favor or lose it?

Changes in TOEE and favour in hardcore league?
Bought my first dungeon master's guide in 1992. My favourite part of ddo is coffee and slayers

Also, assuming you are at an appropriate level, can you get more favor, by running what is effectively new quests?

According to Cordovan, yes. As for the first question, you won't lose favor tiers, but you will lose the favor from the old quests eventually, just not right when the patch goes live.
