Either no time (because they almost never give themselves enough time to listen to anything but minor feedback) or they decided against it. Sucks to be a caster with a random gen Thaumaturgy scepter with 3 spell powers and only 1 spell crit. Or to get a spell power item with no crit whatsoever. Thankfully, most named items have matching power +crit so lore augments would be mostly for the odd situation of using one or more random or possibly crafted items that doesn't have or cannot fit lore.

I would much rather have lore be added as a generic augment set, like spellpower is, than only have lore for levels 8 and 31.
I craft it but as stated above, its not allowed on the equipment item.
level 12 scepter, spell save +5 with kinetic lore +12%, there is a named item with them both on from the Cauldron of Sora Katra.

I've gotten the fire and acid scepters.
at the time wanted to make the staff impact and combustion but now just want the scepter.
On first look, these do less damage that the regular rubies? Why would someone slot them?
(obviously talking about the damage ones, not the spellpower ones)
