    Default Two questions...

On a few occasions, I have walked near a character in the Marketplace and received a massive heal, bigger than even my Cleric can cast. What ability/class/race/whatever causes these passive proximity heals?

On a few occasions, I have seen Level 20 characters in the Marketplace with 2,000 Hit Points or more. What race/class/whatever can reach 2,000 Hit Points in late Heroic levels? Can such a character still do damage and work in solo play?

    Thanks.

I haven't run a proper tank in a while, so I can't address your second question accurately atm.

As to your first question, it is most likely someone using the Angelic Form from the Exalted Angel Epic Destiny. The Tier 3 upgrade for it "Holy Presence" adds a healing aura that goes off every 6 seconds.

Thank you, vryxnr. I will give that a try and see what happens.

I am finally getting close to attempting Legendary Tempest's Spine. When I reach 32 and find the boots from Red Rain, I am going.

One suggestion is Dwarf 12 Barbarian/ 5 Cleric / 3 Druid which is a good way to go if you want alot of Hit Points but also some decent DPS. It's also a layout that isn't particularly feat starved so you can pick up a Toughness Feat or 2.

The Dwarf cores will get you +2 Con, and 30 extra Hit Points.
Going Occult Slayer with 12 Barbarian will give you a bunch of Hit Points in the Cores & 10% Quality bonus to Hit Points.
5 Cleric with Animal Domain for 50 extra Hit Points (100 in Epics).
3 Druid in Bear Form will give you extra Con, and Tier 3 Ursa's Heart in Nature's Protector for an extra 25% Competence bonus to Hit Points.

You said prior to lv20 so wont go too much in Epic Destinies but both Unyeilding Sentinel (tanky) or Primal Avatar (less tank/more DPS) are going fit this criteria.

3 Barbarian Past Lives is 30 extra Hit Points.
Maxing out Epic Past Life: Primal is an additional ~130 Hit Points @lv20.

2 Warforge and 2 Dwarf Past Lives is an additional +2 Con.
Racial Completionist is an additional +2 to all stats.
Completionist is another additional +2 to all stats.
So @lv1 you could start of with a 30 Con with tomes & completionist.

    The rest is in gear...

Thank you very much for the detailed explanation. While I cannot muster the power from Past Life Feats, I will experiment with that configuration and see where it goes.

This split only works with Clerics in animal Domain as Fvs dont get Stout of Heart until level 7

Thanks for catching that. I was thinking it was 5.

There are also the Hit Point bonuses you get from Tier 2 Favor as well.
