5000 favor not granting the reward

In game - (Hardcore): Your standing in the leaderboards has been updated with 5,000 Favor and 215 Reaper Experience!

when i go to collect the rewards it tells me i need to earn 5000 favor and to return and will not grant me my reward.

The turn in says 5000.

I tried turning in the quests, nope.
I tried relogging and got the same thing.

So is this coded for 5001?

I updated to 5006 favor and still the vendor tells me to return when I hit 5000 favor ...

I tried to file a ticket in game for the issue but
I cannot because in the new ticket window there is a dropdown to select your server -
it has every server, even lamania, but no hardcore server -
so I cannot submit a ticket about this.

I cannot retrieve my reward,
or progress my character.
I cannot continue questing with my group because they are taking 20
and I do not want to risk dying and losing my standing without claiming.
I am stuck. please advise me what to do.

I tried to submit a ticket, but the way SSG's new ticketing system is set up the hardcore server is not in the dropdown for selecting help, so
I cannot submit a ticket .

I honestly do not know what to do and would appreciate suggestions.

Odd question, did you claim the 1750 reward on this character (Not sure if might have previously hit 1750 on another character and thus not felt a need to click that one on this character). I vaguely recall some people having to claim the rewards in order for things to click off correctly in a prior season (in which case, if try claim favor reward 1 then reward 2, does it work?).

Yes, i can get the 1750 reward, and have claimed the hound, it is in my stable; i also received my in game letters congratulating me for achieving 5000 favor and directing me to claim my +5 tome in the harbor, which i did claim and use.

It is only the hardcore vendor (i tried the hall of heroes, and korthos) that is not recognizing that i am over 5000 favor and not granting me the reward wings.

I have tried logging off and on.
I have tried shutting down my client and restarting
I have tried restarting my computer entirely
I have tried waiting a few hours

no luck

5006 favor and no wings - I'm not happy.
