Revamps.. what SOME are hoping for

I like what I'm seeing so far... just hope that the various 'bank' style stacking issues and limitations gets addressed.

But even more so would be the updates to existing content. The idea what ToEE got the update confused a lot of folks, seeing as how both Gianthold and Eveningstar are both older and definitely more in need.

However, a particularly selfish reasoning would be 'Planar Focus' items. The possibilities of a revamp on these.. honestly....? I would think several staff would be twitching and fidgeting for the chance to make some changes. Updatable, craftable, various types of (augment or gear spot) slottable, customizable to be part of virtually any of the other equipment sets that tend to lock out all others from the update because every set requires you to use an armor.. etc...

You've gotta admit.... the possibilities boggle...

I think the breaking up of ToEE into smaller quests was almost universally praised .. considering Gianthold and Eveningstar are run regularly and ToEE almost never I would say they made the right decision.

As for loot, I agree Gianthold and Eveningstar need to be looked at.

I agree that ToEE was in desperate need of a re-configure... the quests ARE uncomfortably long... but I don't think that would hold people back from running it if it was actually fun. Add Wil Wheaton's narration and I think most folks would rather slam their thumb in a car door.
