Do you mean you want both combat styles? It's not practical to use both for heroic leveling. You just don't have enough feats to spare, especially if you're a non-human pure barbarian. This is where the new ED Specialty feats are supposed to come in; i.e., run a THF barbarian thru epics and take Two Weapon Specialty at level 31 (or vice versa).

Or do you mean you want one or the other? 2H barbarian builds haven't changed much unless you want to try something "exotic" like barb 18 / ftr 1 / cleric 1 with 41 Vistani Knife Fighter / 35 Berserker / 4 Warpriest.
