Mystical Bands?

So, I was wanting to craft one of the new 'double' cannith crafting shards - specifically the Armor Destroying Shard.

Where do mystical bands drop? There is a reference for them on the wiki, but no location, and no-one I've asked seems to know. All the other mystical ingredients have a location.

As they were introduced in Update 55 (Isle of Dread), I would imagine they drop as end rewards for those quests (likely only legendary versions as they are only used in legendary augment) but I don't have the pack so I can't say for sure.

As far as I can tell they are not rewards so far for neither the legendary quests, nor the heroic ones, since I've run them all a few times.
