Dungeon and Dragons online loop

I bought a new computer for gaming and i installed the DDO. I hit play on the steam menu, it says launching. Than it gives me a key product code stating i have to put it in but it just stops. What am i doing wrong and how can i fix it since i haven't played DDO in 3 years. The computer i bought is a Predator Orion 3000. it goes on windows 11. Its 100% compatible but it still not functioning. I know Baldur's gate 3 works cause i already down loaded that and playing it except for you can only get to lvl 5. Game cap.

Hi Daemon,
try to start without Steam. Go to your game folder in the steam directory and find the DungeonandDragons.exe or something similar. (Can't check, I am at work). See if that works.

I tried that but couldn't find it in the file folder. Currently downloading it again. Went on steam to try to get help. I received a disgruntled player who just trashed the dev's which to me is crazy and unproductive. I'm still trying to fix the problem. I also seen that it is doing the same issue with lotro. Once i can fix the DDO i can fix the Lotro issue as well. It says launching and than it quits.

Forget steam...download straight from the DDO website.
