Claimed my ottos boxes on the day of the update, after server crash they were gone and I couldn't reclaim them. Multiple tickets posted but nothing beyond the initial acknowledgement of 'devs are aware'.

It is coming up on 4 months and it hasn't even been acknowledged by anyone in SSG after they supposedly fixed it in a patch. If you were to tell me, for the low price of $200, I could eventually maybe have these items, I would probably have been less willing to pay that money.

Is there any plan to fix this, or is it just an 'oh well, not our problem' issue?
