Advice on cold caster gear?

Probably Alchemist or Druid. I'd like to move toward casting again but I haven't kept up on it in years and now all the gearing looks overwhelming. I don't mind farming things for the most part (esp if it's from Isle of Dread cause I'm loving that so far) - though I'm not willing to go after set augments. I have a Gem of Many facets with the Elder's Knowledge legendary set on it. It's just the actual gear tetris theory crafting I'm stuck on :P

Anyone willing to help me not have to use my brain here?

This would ideally be for high skull end game play btw

Thank you! The DeathTitan one actually looks really interesting - I'll want to make some slight modifications to it but I think it will mostly work very well for me.
