    Default Next HCL Reward Suggestion

This would surely attract competition and make both live and HCL servers more interesting:

Institute a prolific point system for an overall leaderboard.
Here are some basic placeholder suggestions:

+2 point per favor earned (not cumulative for each life, you can only earn favor once per character)
+5 points per reaper point earned (same restriction as above…for example you only get credit for the character with highest reaper points available)
+20 points for reaching level milestones, such as level 20,30 and 32
+10 points for Epic, Racial or Heroic TR
Maybe some seasonal flavor tied into twist points. Such as this year, killing hunt hounds would net you 1 point each.

Same current lead board rules apply. You die, you are removed.

At the end of the season, each server will crown a king based on the rankings within their server. For the next month, the king can implement sandbox rules for their server (within reason).

I am talking about rules that devs would never consider. I have played many MMOs. Evony king sandbox rules made the game far more interesting than it actually was. Kings made rules for fun more than anything else. And the king had certain gifts and titles (good and bad) they could share to those that respected or disrespected the rules. Usually they were to improve cooperation, team work and player development for the benefit of the server. Such rules in DDO could be a week of no solo play. Or no personal looting in raids another week, all loot must be passed to other players. Oh also players could only be king once so everybody had a shot at ruling their server over time.
