Each time I find a guild; it's people willing to give info (which is a big help), but no one doing anything.

I end up running everything solo and getting burned out and bored and lonely by level 20. x.x

Any guilds where people run low/mid-level stuff? Help people level up instead of just being a friendly chat room?
Nothing wrong with being friendly, but the game is just loads less fun when I'm basically just talking to people while doing everything alone.
