UPDATE: The game worlds have reopened.

The DDO worlds will be brought down for a hotfix on Thursday, July 21st from 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM Eastern (-4 GMT). This hotfix will correct an issue with Skeletons in the Closet and allow the raid to reopen. Thank you.

Due to timing we're having to kick the downtime out another hour, so downtime now begins at 3:30 and runs until 5:30pm Eastern today.

Normal bugs and even broken quests and dungeons generally have to wait for the next patch. A broken raid calls for the servers being taken down immediately once they think they have a fix. Raiders spend a lot.

In fairness - its been a long time waiting for this raid, it went down almost immediately and more than a few people bought the expansion in order to get it. Even were the accursed store not there this is a fix that cried out for immediate attention.
